Recent examples include optimizing molecular dynamics simulations on Intel Xeon and Xeon Phi processors, investigating future computing architectures for real-time sensor data visualization, and analyzing the impact of emerging processor and memory architectures on large-scale HPC codes. SDSC scientists are also scaling earthquake simulations on GPUs to produce some of the most detailed ground movement simulations. SDSC is interested in sharing their expertise with emerging technologies with new and existing industry partners.

The field of graph technology has developed rapidly in recent years and established itself as an independent technology sector that will probably even receive its own query language standard (GQL). As almost any business benefits from graph platforms it is no wonder that adoption is broad and fast. There must be good reasons for that. In his talk Axel will give an overview of the evolution of technology and products in the Graph Space from the early beginnings up to current developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence. He will also give some examples and explain why graph technology is so well suited for most use cases and to build intelligent systems.
About the Author:
Axel Morgner started Structr in 2010 to create the next-gen CMS. Previously, he worked for Oracle and founded an ECM company. Axel loves Open Source. As CEO, he’s responsible for the company behind Structr and the project itself, with focus on the front end.

Integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is a privileged and indispensable way to evolve GIS into real decision support systems. RPRO4SIGZI, the system proposed in this paper allows, from a detailed study of geographical, environmental and socioe-conomic criteria to cooperate GIS and multi-criteria decision analysis method for spatial choosing of the right site for installing industrial projects. The result obtained by RPRO (Ranking PROMETHEE) for ranking industrial zones in western Algeria is refined by a viewing SIGZI (Geographic Information System for Industrial Zones). The RPRO unit rank industrial zones using the outranking PROMETHEE II method issue from European school and SIGZI module to the visualization of these zones on the map. RPRO4SIGZI system was designed for the evaluation of a new methodology of multi-criteria analysis guided by data mining. The objective is to show how data mining is used to model the preferences of the decision maker tainted with subjectivity and hesitance to generate suitable performance tables. Only RPRO4SIGZI system is presented in this paper.

1) The paper presents a probability analysis of slope stability using the Monte Carlo simulation method to account for uncertainty in parameters like pore water pressure, cohesion, and internal angle of friction.
2) The results of the Monte Carlo simulation method are compared to other recognized methods of slope stability analysis like Bishop simplified, Fellenuis, Janbu simplified and corrected, Spencer and Lowe-Karafiath which use limit equilibrium.
3) The probability analysis finds that the failure probability is most affected by the standard deviation of pore water pressure, cohesion, internal angle of friction, and correlation coefficient between parameters, though individual limit equilibrium methods only account for one of these parameters in each analysis.

advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in

It is used to create more realistic images that represent different physical objects than were possible before. In the construction and processing of models, their information must be sufficient, complete and have no contradiction. Some problems frequently arise during CAD and GIS applications and many of these problems can be naturally set in geometric representation. Solving these problems helps in many CAD and GIS applications. This paper focuses on one of these problems; (3D – Containment). A new algorithm has been designed to solve this problem. The results obtained showed a better performance than other algorithms that treat the same problem.
