This document summarizes the work of Jean Michel Larrasquet and discusses how his work brings a constructivist and soft view of systemic design. Larrasquet studied complexity, enaction, constructivism, and translation in organizational contexts. He founded Projectics, a conference and journal on human action complexity in organizations. He also founded ETICOOP to support entrepreneurship through collaborative projects with stakeholders using design practices. Additionally, he advanced prospective work through Eusko Ikaskuntza to imagine diverse territorial futures involving citizens. His work provides insights for systemic designers, including taking action-research and meta-cognitive approaches to support transitions toward eco-sufficiency.
