INDIA Redefined aims to create a collaborative platform called the Third Sector Partner's Programme (TSPP) to bring non-governmental organizations (NGOs) together to address social issues in India. The program recognizes that no single organization can solve all of India's problems and that collaboration allows NGOs to specialize while magnifying results. Through the TSPP, NGOs can pursue complementary approaches, share resources, and have a larger platform and voice to create change. To join, NGOs must carry out three agreed-upon activities under the INDIA Redefined banner and provide documentation to qualify as an official partner.

The document discusses ways that the social enterprise sector in Taiwan could benefit from increased coordination and collaboration between organizations. It notes there is currently some competition between organizations that is fracturing the sector, and that working together could help generate greater social impact. Specific opportunities for increased cooperation that are mentioned include sharing resources for training and attracting young talent, coordinating metrics and evaluations, and finding ways for organizations addressing similar social issues to collaborate instead of compete for funding and market share. The document argues the sector would be strengthened by reducing competitiveness and increasing solidarity and cooperation between social value creators.

Tata Group, a global enterprise was founded by Jamshedji Tata in the year 1868. The conglomerate is headquartered in India. The company comprises over 100 liberated functioning businesses. Tata Sons is the main parent and major investment stock company and also the promoter of various other Tata companies. Tata as a company believes in providing quality products and services to its customers. But at the same time they also maintain good employee relationship through loyalty programs and initiatives. They have maintained their relation with their staff and clients by using corporate communication and corporate social responsibility. Tata Company give more importance to maintaining good relation with the staff inside the firm by providing them various facilities and maintain their goodwill in the market with their clients. The company believes corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an analytical undertaking that is at the heart of everything that it does, how it thinks and what it is. The group is committed to incorporating ecological, societal and moral principles into the central business objectives, thereby enriching long-term stakeholder value and touching the lives of over a quarter of the world's population. The main objective of the study is to find out how Tata uses its corporate social responsibility initiatives as a public relations strategy for sustainable business growth and development opportunities which ultimately promotes goodwill and reputation of the company
CSR in India is in a very nascent stage. It is still one of the least understood initiatives in the Indian development sector. It is followed by a handful of public companies as dictated by the very basis of their existence, and by a few private companies, with international shareholding as this is the practice followed by them in their respective foreign country. Thus the situation is far from perfect as the emphasis is not on social good but rather on a policy that needs to be implemented. But the situation is changing, CSR is coming out of the purview of ‘doing social good’ and is fast becoming a ‘business necessity’. The ‘business case’ for CSR is gaining ground and corporate houses are realizing that ‘what is good for workers - their community, health, and environment is also good for the businesses.

Study of Corporate Social Responsibility in India and its impact on business ...Vishal Gupta
This project report explores corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India through a study of top Indian corporations. The report finds that while some corporations have structured CSR programs, many others take a more superficial approach. CSR activities commonly include partnering with NGOs, funding education and healthcare initiatives, and engaging with local communities. The government also influences CSR through new regulations requiring large companies to dedicate a percentage of profits to CSR. Overall, the study concludes that CSR benefits society through improved living conditions and entrepreneurship, benefits businesses by enhancing their reputation and opportunities in emerging markets, and benefits the government by supporting social development goals.

Time management is crucial for school managers to allocate the appropriate time for academic, co-curricular, and sports activities. An annual plan should devote 70% of time to curriculum, 15% to co-curricular activities, and 15% to sports. The school day is divided into periods through a timetable. Each period's content and duration must be justified. Microplanning further divides periods into starting, main text, key points, and ending sections. Homework load and exams are scheduled appropriately. The priority/payoff matrix model helps prioritize activities based on importance.

Stanley Deetz Managerialism and Organizational Democracy ApproachMitch Herrera
This document discusses the theories of Stanley Deetz, who critiques the way that corporate managers make decisions without considering negative impacts on employees, consumers, and the public. Deetz believes communication practices distort decision-making and reduce representation. He identifies four corporate practices that undermine democracy: strategy to extend control, gaining consent through distorted communication, involvement but no real voice, and participation that is not meaningful. Deetz argues that considering all stakeholders in open negotiations would lead to better social and economic outcomes than prioritizing only managerial and investor interests.
This document discusses workplace democracy and its benefits. It defines workplace democracy as employees having a voice in decisions that matter to them, such as budgets, hiring, holidays and working hours, through voting and collaboration rather than top-down management. Examples are given of companies that practice workplace democracy through self-managed teams and open decision making. The benefits of democratic workplaces are said to include being talent magnets, having innovative ideas, working faster, and having happier employees.
The document discusses moving away from traditional fear-based leadership models towards freedom-centered leadership and organizational democracy. It argues that traditional management emerged from managing slaves and promotes a fairer system that respects people. It presents 10 principles of organizational democracy including purpose, transparency, fairness and decentralization. The document advocates creating a freedom-centered performance review process and breaking the fear cycle in organizations.
This document discusses social entrepreneurship and how it can be used to solve complex social problems. Social entrepreneurs take innovative approaches to create social change and transformation without regard for current resources. They are compared to business entrepreneurs in how they drive social change. The document also profiles three young social innovators and their initiatives to provide education and life skills training to underprivileged youth.
Let’s translate ideas into sustainable businesses that bring innovative ideas to life. Together we can address different types of problems in more effective, innovative and agile ways. We have to be aware of the obstacles to unlock talent inside our organization and take actions right away.

It defines CSR as systematically integrating sustainable economic, environmental and social principles throughout an organization. CSR focuses on balancing the "triple bottom line" of people, planet and profit. The document recommends CSR leadership initiatives in areas like communication, stakeholders, employees, innovation, organization, customers, environment and community. It presents the 3P+ Navigator tool to help leaders explore CSR initiatives for their projects and organizations.

CAKE: Sharing Slices of Confidential Data on BlockchainClaudio Di Ciccio
Presented at the CAiSE 2024 Forum, Intelligent Information Systems, June 6th, Limassol, Cyprus.
Synopsis: Cooperative information systems typically involve various entities in a collaborative process within a distributed environment. Blockchain technology offers a mechanism for automating such processes, even when only partial trust exists among participants. The data stored on the blockchain is replicated across all nodes in the network, ensuring accessibility to all participants. While this aspect facilitates traceability, integrity, and persistence, it poses challenges for adopting public blockchains in enterprise settings due to confidentiality issues. In this paper, we present a software tool named Control Access via Key Encryption (CAKE), designed to ensure data confidentiality in scenarios involving public blockchains. After outlining its core components and functionalities, we showcase the application of CAKE in the context of a real-world cyber-security project within the logistics domain.
