9 Ways to Balance Hormones Naturally
It’s All About the Hormones
• Hormones travel in your bloodstream to tissues and organs and affect many
different processes, including metabolism, sexual function, reproduction,
mood and more. 
• If you have improved your diet, started exercising, etc. but are still not losing
weight or improving your health markers, there may be an underlying problem
with hormone balance.
So what can you
do to balance
your hormones
naturally?

• Don’t eat fats like vegetable
oil, peanut oil, canola oil,
soybean oil, margarine,
shortening, or other
chemically altered fats
• Choose fats like coconut oil,
real butter, olive oil and
animal fats from healthy
