2. 7.1 Graphing Systems of Equations pg. 318 to 325
A System of equations is 2 equations with 2 variables that when grouped
together and solved share the same (x,y) solution.
HUH?
This means when the 2 lines are graphed--they will cross ONLY 1 time
--the point where they cross is the SAME point on both lines!
What are we doing here?
-You will graph one of the lines
-You will graph the other line in the same graph
-You will then label the point (x,y) where they cross
-The solution to the system of equations IS the point where
they cross
