           finance and conduct financial planning strategies for business and personal clients.
       • Created client business plans and finance memorandums and analyzed financial data for the purpose
           of presentation to interested lending institutions, hedge funds and private equity firms. Subsequently
           facilitated closings with the appropriate funding sources for the client’s expanding business
           developments.
       • Structured the start-up of a real estate brokerage firm that is still thriving to this day.

    Sales Director/Consultant – Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry (1989 – 1999)
        • Successfully built and operated a manufacturers’ representative firm responsible for regional sales
           and marketing for select companies in the industry.
        • Assisted clients with product design, production, marketing and distribution channel development.
        • More than doubled the client base and exceeded triple the sales volume in two years for M.C.
           Assembly & Test, Inc. by developing and implementing a written business/marketing plan, designing
           sales brochures and developing a sales support program for 16 independent manufacturer
           representatives.
        • Worked closely with the National Sales Manager of Sparton Electronics, Inc., securing $16 million
           worth of new production contract business from targeted accounts. Assisted with the development of
           a sales and marketing program that included the production of sales videos and brochures.

        • Sales Representative for the Chicago Suburban District.
        • Worked directly under the Vice President of Operations as a Territory Manager in Melbourne, FL.
           Responsible for expanding Dictaphone’s corporate image to government and corporate clients in the
           local community and a surrounding three-county territory.
