Production Process Evaluation
Research
• Went on google and found similar magazine products
which help me create mine
• Then I looked at the title of magazines which helped
me make the title of mine
• I also looked at the colours used on them so I used
opposite colour so it will stand out more
Planning
• It was good to see the colours I could use that would
look good together such as green and black
• It was also good for planning where about of the
magazine sections should go
Time Management
I was able to make the magazine quite quickly because I
could fine high-quality images quite quicky and I knew
where to put the images and titles
Technical Qualities
One similarity was all other
music magazines had an artist
on the front of the magazine
One difference is I used darker
colours because all magazines
that I saw where light er
coulo where light er colours
Aesthetic Qualities
Yes I think it looks
professional and well
made
Yes I think it was creative
because I haven't seen a
magazine that looks like
mine
If I had more time I
would improve the Billie
Elish image by getting rid
of all its original
background
Audience Appeal
Yes because I've used artists that are well known
In their age range
I think which songs had the most streams will
interest my audience
Peer
Feedback
Feedback 1
• What did you like about the product?
– The images are clear, they suit the genre and style of the
magazine and the colours work well with the artists and
create good contrast.
• What improvements could have been made to the
product?
• There is limited information on both pages and the
audience might feel as though they aren’t getting
enough context around the facts you present in the
double page spread.
Feedback 2
• What did you like about the product?
– I liked the use of fonts and pictures as it is exactly
what you would see in a magazine of this nature.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
– Include more pictures to grab attention.
Feedback 3
• What did you like about the product?
– I liked the uses of black and green on both the
cover and the doble page spread. I also liked the
size of the images and thought it fit in well with
the size of the page.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product? Have more info on the double
page spread
Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? I agree that the colours fit well
together and that I need to add more info on
my double page spread
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? Nothing all feedback will help me in
the future
