What is new!
- Sales Academy x2 – we want that all our members know how to sell and with Sales Academy
we are taking step further educating all functions and providing ICX and ER with more advanced
educations for TLs and VPs
- EDU DAYS to bust up performance of new members and give them needed skills right in
beginning
- Organizational value and purpose on every conference
- Next is again alone – because purpose of the conference doesn’t fit with transition kick off and
it is making a mix between those 2 topics
-EB2EB PLANNING TILL THE END OF THE YEAR – connecting 2 terms (continuity), transition learn
by doing, EBs more ready for their year and feel ownership for Q2
- FTM – Functional Transition Meeting – this is going to replace NTM and it is going to be on
every function to organize it. It will cut our costs for the conference and new VPs are going to be
more ready because they will be elects for 2 months already so it is going to be easier to
transmit them knowledge and for them to use it from the start
- SprinCo Planning conference – It is happening after EuroXpro so new MC is on board with new
initiatives and by cutting the cost of MC Top, SprinCo is becoming planning conference.
