The fangtooth fish lives 5,000 meters under the ocean and has the largest teeth in the ocean, but poses no threat to humans. When babies, fangtooth fish are only 3cm long and black and brown, resembling adults. They live in the deep ocean where it is black, so they have bioluminescent lights on their bodies for camouflage. Fangtooth fish eat other fish like salmon, sharks, and squid. They are found globally, including in the oceans surrounding China and Australia.
