Here are five ways in which eLearning, with the help of a
modern LMS, can help you to do just that.

Introduce new hires to your working enviroment and give
them information they need to start being productive.
Ask for help your senior employees.
Instead of randomly assigning new hires to any available
position, organize an aptitiude test and use the results to
determine what would be the best position for new hires.

  • 3. Your job, as a manager, is to create such a company culture that those star employees can be discovered.
  • 4. Here are five ways in which eLearning, with the help of a modern LMS, can help you to do just that. 5

  • 6. Introduce new hires to your working enviroment and give them information they need to start being productive. Ask for help your senior employees.
  • 7. Instead of randomly assigning new hires to any available position, organize an aptitiude test and use the results to determine what would be the best position for new hires.
