5 Steps to Finding and Hiring Strong Talent - From a Recruiter's PerspectiveDiana YK Chan, MBA
Are you a business owner or manager looking to hire for your business? Do you have a bootstrap budget and want to give recruiting on your own a shot? Interested in recruiting top talent for your organization? Check out my top 5 steps to help you find and hire strong talent:
1) Define your needs and wants.
What exactly are you looking for? Until you know the bits and bolts of what the role you’re hiring for requires, you won’t be able to find the talent you need to take your organization to the next level.
2) Offer compelling reasons to join.
A lot of managers forget that a huge piece of recruiting is selling the opportunity to the talent. Chances are that if you’ve found an ambitious, hard working candidate with a dynamic skill set, other organizations will be interested in them as well. Trump the competition by making sure that you make the opportunity you offer easy to say yes to.
3) Identify your sources of talent.
Where will you be submitting your job posting? Who will you be reaching out to to help you find the best talent? Create a comprehensive recruitment plan to help you map out your next steps.
4) Create a great candidate experience.
No one wants to work for a company that they had a bad experience with. Whether their interviewer was unresponsive or they felt uncomfortable during meetings with you or other leaders, a bad experience can mean a rejected offer. Foster an amazing candidate experience by being responsive, attentive, and compassionate in your efforts.
5) Develop your search strings and outreach messages.
The key to finding top talent, especially on networks like LinkedIn, is to develop specific and targeted search strings that lead you to the professionals you’re looking for. I also recommend creating template outreach messages so that you don’t have to continually rewrite the same thing.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Retail media wordt gezien als het nieuwe advertising-medium en ook mediabureaus richten massaal retail media-afdelingen op. Merken die niet in de betreffende winkel liggen staan ook nog niet in de rij om op de retail media netwerken te adverteren. 5 Traits of Successful Marketers That Recruiters and HR Pros Should Master

5. What You Need:
The Top 5 Traits of Successful
Marketers that Recruiters
Should Master To Raise Their
Game
6. Headlines Rule
• Marketers know that
anything in print has to
have an effective headline
• Too much competition to
make it average
• Average headline gets
average results
• Measured in the
marketing world through
open rates, click-through
rates, registrations, etc.
7. Copy Matters
• You only spend 5 seconds scanning a
resume, right?
• Why would people looking at your
jobs be any different?
• Marketers know that once they gain
permission with an effective headline,
they still have to prove in with
effective copy
• Tools – whitespace, bold fonts for call-
outs, numbered lists and more
• Not too long, but not too short
• Abandoned Rate increases if the copy
quality isn’t there
• Focus on the offer and click-through
8. Drip Campaigns Are More Than
Automation
• Drip campaigns in recruiting are
any written communication
that touches prospect after
they take action (apply,
register)
• Marketers would treat
automated messaging in ATS as
a marketing opportunity.
• Stale “thank-you for applying”
emails – NO
• Offers, Learn More, Brand
Building - YES
9. Maybe Our Landing Pages Shouldn’t Suck
• The written comms channel in
marketing goes like this:
– Offer
– Click-though
– Landing Page
– Conversion
• The Landing Page is what people
see once they click through on
your offer
• If your goal is conversion, what
can you share on that landing
page that will maximize
conversion?
10. Whales Get Special Treatment
• Definition of a Whale: Preferred
Customer, someone to spend much,
much more than the average
customer.
• Who is your Whale in recruiting?
Possibilities include:
– Profiles close to 100% match of what you
need
– Candidates from competitors
– Referrals
– VIPs
– What else?
• Marketers understand that Whales
don’t get treated like everyone else,
they get treated with personal care
that transcends what an online
environment can provide
