- 5. Contingency Planning Potential Issue Solution Files and photoshop or PremeirePro work gets lost or corrupted. Try save and back it up as many times as I can. Also make sure to save Photoshop and PremeirePro work as the right files. Devices recording the audio might run out of battery. Check the battery and make sure it is fully charged. It is too noisy when trying to record audio. Make sure to record audio in a quiet studio area. I may not know what to say, like if I am doing a podcast or radio show. I will think of things to talk about that interest me, make notes, and write a script of what I would want to say. My voice, or background music and sounds might get way too loud, when compared to other parts of the production. Check volume control on each part of the product, and try keep it balanced.
