- 5. Contingency Planning Potential Issue Solution There are no suitably quiet places where a recording is possible. Make the recording in your own home, or somewhere else with suitable privacy. You do not have any appropriate recording equipment. Go out and buy a cheap recording device from a local store, it shouldn’t be too hard to find one. You become sick, damaging your voice and effecting the quality of the audio. Take preventative measures by staying warm, hydrated and uninjured. The audio is somehow lost, corrupted or deleted. ALWAYS have an easily accessible backup in case something does go wrong.
- 6. Health and Safety Potential Issue How will the issue be avoided? Eye strain and back ache from using a computer for too long. Take a break every now and then so that you can recharge. Strain on the vocal chords and throat from rehearsing the audio. Rest your voice and make sure to drink plenty of water to soothe any pain. Computers crashing from too much use or strain on the software. Switch computers regularly to avoid overtaxing them and to protect the audio from damage.
