Improve the customer service of LotteryHUB using the
Helpshift platform. Helpshift allows us to communicate
with users in-app in a 2 way conversation using a message
center. If the user has an issue they can write to us
through the message center. We then will receive an
email directing us to our Helpshift dashboard. Here we
can have a conversation with the user as well as having
automatic access to all information on the user’s device
(model, wifi,charging/discgarged etc.) The Helpshift
platform also allows us to incorporate our FAQ in the app
allowing us to update it through the Dashboard as we like.

Improve certain UX throughout the LotteryHUB app on
the iOS version. This will include changes to the design of

Create a Games Channel in LotteryHUB whereby users
can play games such as Tic-Tac Scratch and accumulate
mass points. By having in-app games users will be enticed
to re-enter the app more often and interact even more.
Allowingusers to win more LotteryHUB points by playing
in-app games there will be a big increase in the amount of
users entering points and also a big increase in the
amount of points users will be entering. This will also
greatly increase impressions. Create awareness for users
of the Games Channel through tutorials, In-App videos,
Rewards and Games Channel FAQs, push notifications,
emails and social media channels. As with Rewards
Gamers and Hackers will have to be assessed and
managed accordingly.
