• A Premium version of the app (annual subscription) along with Freemium version
Premium version gives the user the following advantages:
• Access to comments section in live league / bets
• Allows customers to bet in “private” leagues / bets with friends etc.
• In all public & private pots on the app only the Premium users are eligible for the
prizes or points when winning which are awarded to their account.
For example, if all bets were set at a fixed bet of 5 points, player always has a
minimum of 5 points in their bet balance / account, & with the Premium version
the more they win the higher their balance. They would then be able to purchase
from a list of products in the store section of the app with their points.
With this model we will avoid gambling regulartory issues & obstacles allowing
us to scale swiftly & access all of the available customers

11. • Strategically position YeboBrag product in the South African and African
market using our existing clients to service their customers in these markets
• We will focus on wallet providers initially, such as Flash and Blue Label, for
our go to market strategy
• Flash does over R1 Billion a month (20 Rand = €1), with 88% being spent on
gaming related services e.g. Sports Betting and Casino sites.
• They are aggressively expanding into Africa and are looking for innovative
solutions to drive purchasing and spending through their platform.
• Once launched & after some revenue growth, then we can look at *zero
rating the service, as general African population are data poor & this will be
effective in removing barriers to access the offering - most sports betting &
casino operators employ this approach in South Africa & the rest of Africa.
*Zero rating is when the content provider covers the data costs for the end
user that's making use of your services.
