Denver was married twice and had three children, but died in a plane crash in 1997 at age 53. He had a passion for the environment and nature that was reflected in his music.

Partnerships allow for shared responsibilities but also shared liability. Corporations provide limited liability for owners but are subject to double taxation. S Corporations and LLCs were created to avoid double taxation, with profits passed through to owners. Family businesses must consider succession and other family dynamics. Non-profits make up over 1.5 million organizations in the US and are exempt from taxes but have strict regulations.
