This document discusses an approach to 3D education that matches students' abilities to job demands. It describes three dimensions of education: 1) knowledge for students, 2) trained competences for the job market, and 3) matching students' abilities to job demands. The key difference is that abilities refer to innate traits while knowledge and skills can be taught. The approach involves maintaining a bank of job tasks and skill requirements, assessing students' abilities with a personal card of 21 numbers, and finding the best match between student abilities and task requirements. The goal is to place students in jobs that suit their natural abilities.
