1. phaeno – The World of Phenomena
In the science center ‘phaeno’ in Wolfsburg, you can experience how geysers, anti-
gravity forces and mysterious shadows awake your curiosity about mysteries and
phenomena of nature and technology. These phenomena can be tried out at over
350 experimental stations.
You can send magnetic hedgehogs on a dance, set a ball in motion alone through
your powers of relaxation, generate an echo of your voice or distort yourself in magic
mirrors.
In addition to the experimental stations, phaeno offers special interactive events.
These include join-in activities in the Visitor Lab and regularly changing programs
such as the fascinating laser show in the phæno Science Theatre.
