  • 7. 2.1. Explain the skills needed to communicate with children and young people. In pairs If you were to explain to your partner, the skills you need to communicate to children and young people, what would they be?

  • 15. 3.3. Justify the kinds of situations when confidentiality protocols must be breached. In what kind of situations should confidentiality be breached?
