In this report, we intend to observe, select, and critically analyze five mutual funds and produce an
optimally risky portfolio. After thorough evaluation, we agreed upon the following mutual funds;

Summary: Rabies is a severe but preventable anthropozoonosis of developing countries. Wandering
and unvaccinated dogs are the primary source of rabies particularly, in low income countries. The
purpose of this presentation is to highlight the public health risks for pet owners. Despite pre exposure
vaccination, rabies virus was diagnosed in dog brain using histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
Negligence in prophylactic measures and dog bite management constitutes the main cause of rabies
cases, largely in populated cities of Pakistan. Another contributing factor is the lack of knowledge,
regarding rabies prophylaxis, among both non professionals and medical practitioners.

different names: Gédéon Spillet, Nabuchodonosor (Nab) and Harbert Brown as opposed to Gideon
Spilett, Neb and Herbert Brown. Furthermore, there some date/time discrepancies, for example, the
story takes place after the American Civil War (between 1861 and 1865) and Captain Nemo is seen to
have died within this time period, while in the book, Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea, which

High school dropout is not an issue that solely affects North Carolina. In fact, the term dropout factory
is one that can be found in research articles and news reports across the country. This term has been
ascribed to as many as 1,700 high schools nationally (Tyler Lofstrom, 2009). With this volume of

Thesis: The role of private military contractors (PMCs) has expanded tremendously since the end of
the Cold War when western governments began the process of trimming their bloated military forces.
As privatization commenced, governments began to rely upon a new kind of contractor that sold not
only hardware but also manpower and expertise. Even as conventional military forces declined, the
need for highly capable, professional soldiers remained pressing, especially in conflict prone areas
around the world. PMCs filled these gaps, providing military assistance, advice, and security services
to governments, companies, and NGOs. However, the role of these companies, and the legal
framework surrounding them remains up for debate, and recent cases of misconduct with deadly
consequences only muddy the waters further. The question remains: do PMCs serve to help or hurt
human rights in areas where they are deployed? In this paper, I will argue that PMCs do have a critical
role in the modern battlefield as providers of logistical, training, and security services, but their use in
offensive actions or assistance with so called black operations should be circumscribed to the point of
nonexistence. I will analyze two cases studies where PMCSs were deployed: Iraq and Sierra Leone to
