can get the maximum benefits of TM.
Schedule Your Meditation Session
 People often complain that they are
unable to fetch time out of their busy
schedule to meditate.
 Since transcendental meditation is
effortless, all you need to do is
dedicate 20 minutes twice a day see
the difference for yourself.
 Make sure when you do it, you sit
comfortably with your eyes closed.
 In order to develop this habit, you
need to pick a duration every day that
fits your schedule the best.
