Process
• I wanted to keep the same colours
used (the 2 shades of blue) so that
its like a theme that runs though
the entire magazine.
• I used the polygonal lasso tool to
cut out parts of his hat so that he
is in front of the title.
Process
• I decided to move some things
around as the fish was the main
subject of the magazine and I had
covered it up. I also cut out more
of his head using the polygonal
lasso tool and moved it on top of
the red circle.
• I added a dark blue stroke to the
lighter blue text to make it stand
out more. That way it is more
visible.
Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
• The way the main image/person is on top of the title of the magazine.
• Sticking to a colour scheme.
• Adding a stoke to text that is close to the same colour as the background.
