For my final product, I will use Photoshop's animation tools to efficiently create better graphics by the deadline, having gained experience making this prototype.

For my final product, I will use Photoshop's animation tools to efficiently create better graphics by the deadline, having gained experience making this prototype.

Process To create my designs I used Photoshop design the top and bottom logos using the middle as inspiration, the top design was meant to be a more comical logo with a simple bard stood affront a chaotic raging fire while smiling and playing his lute, this was an attempt at a darker humour which didn’t come across as I wanted. The bottom image was a more dark mystical type of logo with the monster more clearly visible in the unclear reflection of the dark tree line.
- 3. poster The process for the poster is simply an expanded version of the logo, the intent for a finished version of this would be to have an almost skyline of fantastic beasts or buildings in the reflection to show a more fantasy voice
- 4. merchandise Using the website red bubble I was able to experiment with using different types of merchandise with different symbols, my favourite of which being the simple black logo on a white background.
- 5. Reflection • What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product? A theme I enjoyed using and thought was quite fitting was the mirror reflection effect I used on my logo, I liked the idea of seeing the plain being distorted and changed in the reflection in to something more fantastic. I got this concept from the game series dark souls because in number two you jump in to a whirlpool by the shores od a lake and a detail that is missed is the reflection as it is more bright and built up than the arid ruins of the real world. I would like to use this concept more as I believe it is a cool idea and design to have to worlds separated by a thin veil of magic but both two sides of the same coin. The concept I want for my product is similar, therefore the characters that play the game should also be the ones acting out the scenario.
