The objectives of this activity are the following:
a. customize policies and programs on increasing access, quality, equity,
resiliency and well – being and governance;
b. identify the major bottlenecks in the delivery of basic education services;
c. agree on the scope of technical assistance the SDO will provide to
schools in improving access, quality, equity, resiliency and well-being
and governance; and
d. formulate a set of policy recommendations and/or adjustments to
existing policies, programs or strategies and systems supporting
increase of access, quality, equity, resiliency and well-being, and
governance.
