This document describes a study that used artificial neural networks (ANN) and multiple linear regression (MLR) to predict the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of fine-grained soils based on other soil properties. Forty soil samples were collected and tested to determine properties like liquid limit, plastic limit, optimum moisture content, maximum dry density, and percentage fines. Ten different predictive models using different combinations of these properties as inputs were developed using MLR and ANN. The results showed that ANN models produced better predictions of CBR than MLR models, with the best ANN model having a correlation coefficient of 0.94 compared to 0.86 for the best MLR model. Resilient modulus (Mr) of subgrade soils is considered as one of the most important factors for designing flexible pavements using empirical methods as well as mechanistic-empirical methods. The resilient modulus is commonly measured by a dynamic triaxial loading test, which is complex and expensive. In this research, back-propagation artificial neural network method has been employed to model the resilient modulus of clayey subgrade soils based on the results of the cone penetration test. The prediction of the resilient modulus of clayey subgrade soil can be possible through the developed neural network based on the parameters of the cone tip resistance (qc), sleeve friction (fs), moisture content (w), and dry density (γd). The results of the present study show that the coefficients of determination (R2) for training and testing sets are 0.9837 and 0.9757, respectively. According to the sensitivity analysis results, the moisture content is the least important parameter to predict the resilient modulus of clayey subgrade soils, while the importance of other parameters is almost the same. In this study, the effect of different parameters on the resilient modulus of clayey subgrade soil was evaluated using parametric analysis and it was found that with increasing the cone tip resistance (qc), the sleeve friction (fs) and the dry density (γd) and also with decreasing the moisture content (w) of soils, the resilient modulus of clayey subgrade soils increases.
A new proposed approach for moment capacity estimation of ferrocement members...Pouyan Fakharian
Ferrocement composites are widely used as a novel method for many different structural purposes recently. The uniform distribution and the high surface area-to-volume ratio of the reinforcement of such composites would improve the crack-arresting mechanism. Given these properties, ferrocement is an ideal option as a replacement for some traditional structures methods. In members with axially loaded reinforced concrete ferrocement composite, it would be the best alternative to use ferrocement members. Lack of sufficient research in this approach is the cause of not well defining this field for RC structures. This study has aimed to evaluate the moment capacity of ferrocement members using the GMDH method. Mechanical and geometrical parameters including the width of specimens, total depth specimens, compressive strength of ferrocement, ultimate strength of wire mesh and volume fraction of wire mesh are considered as inputs to predict the moment capacity of ferrocement members. For evaluating this model, mean absolute error (MAE), root mean absolute error (RMAE), normalized root mean square error (NRMSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) were carried out. The results conducted that the GMDH model is significantly better than some previous models and comparable to some other methods. Moreover, a new formulation for moment capacity of ferrocement members based on GMDH approach is presented. Finally, Sensitivity analysis is operated to understand the influence of each input parameters on moment capacity of ferrocement members.

The utilization of lateral loads occurs on a plate on the wall's vertical dimension. Conventionally, these sorts of loads are transferred to the wall collectors. There is a significant resistance between concrete shear walls and lateral seismic loading. To guarantee the building's seismic security, the shear strength of the walls has to be prognosticated by using models. This paper aims to predict shear strength by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Neural Network-Based Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH-NN), and Gene Expression Programming (GEP). The concrete's compressive strength, the yield strength of transverse reinforcement, the yield strength of vertical reinforcement, the axial load, the aspect ratio of the dimensions, the wall length, the thickness of the reinforced concrete shear wall, the transverse reinforcement ratio, and the vertical reinforcement ratio are the input parameters for the neural network model. And the shear strength of the reinforced concrete shear wall is considered as the target parameter of the ANN model. The results validate the capability of the models predicted by ANN, GMDH-NN, and GEP, which are suitable for use as a tool for predicting the shear strength of concrete shear walls with high accuracy.
Improving the Properties of Self-compacted Concrete with Using Combined Silic...Pouyan Fakharian
The viscosity is the main property of self- compacted concrete (SCC) and using of pozzolan material such as metakaolin (MK) and Silica fume (SF) can help to achieve that goal. The effect of simultaneous substitution of MK and SF instead of cement on the rheological and mechanical properties of self-compacted concrete was experimentally investigated in this paper. Seventeen mix designs were cast with a substitution weight percentage (5, 10, 15, 20 %) in water to adhesive material ratio equal 0.32. All mixes were examined by compressive, tensile strengths and water absorption tests with an appropriate fluidity, without having signs of segregation or instability. The test results were indicated that the SCC mixes containing MK and SF had higher compressive and tensile strengths in comparison with no-pozzolan concrete. The comparison of linear multiple regression techniques (LMRT) and nonlinear multiple regression technique outputs with experimental results showed an appropriate similarity.
Waste concrete is one of the most usable and economic kind of concrete which is used in many civil projects all around the world, and its importance is undeniable. Also, the explanation of constructional process and destruction of them cause the extensive growth of irreversible waste to the industry cycle, which can be as one of the main damaging factors to the economy. In this investigation, with using of constructional waste included concrete waste, brick, ceramic and tile and stone new aggregate was made. Also it was used with different weight ratios of cement in the mix design. The results of laboratory studies showed that the using of the ratio of sand to cement 1 and waste aggregate with 20% weight ratio (W20), replacing of normal aggregate, increased the 28 days compressive strength to the maximum stage 45.23 MPa. In the next stage, in order to develop the experimental results backpropagation neural network was used. This network with about 91% regression, 0.24 error, and 1.41 seconds, is a proper method for estimating results.
Risk Based Pavement Structural Evaluation And Rehabilitation DesignDr Wei Liu
The risk concept provides a means of incorporating some degree of certainty into the process to ensure that the outcomes of the process will provide acceptable levels of service until the end of the intended design life. In pavement design and evaluation, the risk concept is applicable for the input parameters with a high degree of uncertainty and that have an impact on the final outcome of the design process. The 2004 AUSTROADS Pavement Design Guide emphasized that much of the misunderstanding of pavement design, and resulting pavement failures over the past 20 years has been associated with uncertainty and resulting lack of reliability in design. Pavement structural evaluation and rehabilitation designs are highly dependent on the in-situ layer properties. Pavement layer thickness is an essential input in backcalculation analysis performed on measured surface deflections by Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) survey. Inaccurate layer thickness information may lead to significant errors in the backcalculated layer moduli and hence in the rehabilitation design. Since the pavement layer thickness has some degree of variability, it is important to consider this variability in the backcalculation analysis and rehabilitation design. In this paper, a risk-based pavement evaluation methodology will be introduced to account for the variability of pavement layer thickness through integration of FWD and GPR data. It is be demonstrated that the proposed methodology can help RCAs more accurately assess the pavement structural condition of road network with more confidence. The proposed procedure is also applicable in project level for the construction acceptance testing of new or rehabilitation pavement.

Abstract Soft subgrade soil poses challenge for construction of pavements. These soft subgrade soils have a tendency to absorb high moisture content and exhibit high compressibility. Under loads. Because of which the life of pavement constructed over these is highly suffered. Among notable properties plasticity index is a reliable property as listed in literature for identifying these soft soil and nature of compressibility. Soil stabilization is one of the techniques listed in literature for improving these soft soils. Often the stabilization suffers due to high cost particularly improving deep deposits of soft soil and time consuming. . Providing stiff layer with gravelly soil can solve the problem to majority extent. These gravelly layer of soils bear the load and distribute through arch action, to, minimize the stresses to soft soil. .However the efficiency of these gravely layer depends on their relative thickness and prevention from mixing with soft subsoil. This paper discusses the efficacy of overlying aggregate to improve CBR values of soft subgrade in the presence of separator geotextile. The thickness of aggregate is varied and expressed by Hr (a fraction to soil thickness given as Ha/Hs.). Laboratory CBR tests are conducted on four subgrade types with varying in plasticity & fines content overlying with gravelly aggregate with Hr varied from 0, to 0.5 in increments of 0.1.It is observed that PI, Hr and fines content effect CBR. The influence is more pronounced with Plasticity and percent fines. Also the increase (%) is marginal for samples with high Hr. The purpose of this paper is to perform a structural optimization of a flat thermoplastic plate (tile). This task is developed computationally through the interface between an optimization algorithm and the finite element method with the goal of minimizing the equivalent stress with specified target stress of 2 MPa when applied with a load intensity of 1000N. A 300 x 300 x 20 mm thermoplastic plate was selected for the optimization, which was performed with a tool in MATLAB R2012b known as genetic algorithm accompanied with static analysis in ANSYS 15. The results produced the optimum equivalent stress (δopt) of 2.136 MPa with the optimum dimensions of 305 x 302 x 20 mm. Also, the dimensions of the plate with the optimum value of the equivalent stress were discovered to be within the lower and upper bound dimensions of the plate. The thermoplastic plate object of the optimization was a square plate of 300 x 300mm, and 20 mm thick with isotropic properties and a particular load and boundary conditions were applied on the entire plate.

Abstract
In the flexible pavements sub-grade is considered to be an ideal layer to resist wheel load and its CBR value is considered as the strength measuring parameter. Conducting CBR test is an expensive and time consuming test, moreover it is very difficult to mould the sample at a desired in-situ density in the laboratory. Further, if the available soil is of poor quality, suitable additives are mixed with soil and resulting strength of soil is assessed by CBR value which is cumbersome. To overcome these problems, the other methods such as regression based models (simple & multiple) are used in this study. The soil properties like liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, optimum moisture content, maximum dry density and percentage fineness of the soil (passing 75micron sieve) are determined for the soil collected from different areas of Bagalkot district and the models are developed for correlating soaked CBR value.

Artificial Neural Network Model for Compressive Strength of Lateritic BlocksIJAEMSJORNAL
Lateritic soil are locally abundant and relatively cheap to be used for block production. Its use has gone a long way in reducing the cost of block production and construction work in general. In order to optimize the usefulness of lateritic soil, there is need to model the properties of lateritic blocks. Compressive strength is an important property of lateritic block that must be known, but it cannot be guessed easily due to the block mix proportion and processes. Statistical models used in predicting the properties of lateritic blocks operate on restricted range of data. That is, the model cannot predict input data that are outside the range of data used in developing the model. The need for a model that can predict the compressive strength of lateritic blocks for any given mix ratio became necessary. This study developed Artificial Neural Network model for predicting the compressive strength of lateritic blocks. Lateritic blocks were produced with mix ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:12. The blocks were cured for 7, 14 and 28 days. The 28th day experimental results and results obtained from literatures on similar works were used to formulate the model. The test data were a total of 155 samples.The maximum compressive strength predicted by the model was 3.06 N/mm^2 corresponding to a mix ratio of 0.4:1:4 of water-cement ratio, cement and lateritic soil. The model accuracy was tested using Fisher test. The result of the Fisher test computations obtained 1.008 for calculated F and 3.5 for F obtained from the table. Hence the model satisfied the test. The model result also compares favourably with the experimental result.

Fatigue Study of Ijuk-Aren Interaction on Soil Cement Pavement Model for Elas...AM Publications
This study examines the behavior of fatigue interaction-palm fibers in the soil-cement as an elastic foundation pavement. Experimental behavior in sandy-clay type soil stabilized cement, with 6% and the amount of cement mixed-palm fibers as reinforcement to the number of 0% and 0.50% of the dry weight of the soil. Fatigue with repeated load testing using a UTM-5P / 14P and type testing Confined Repeated Strain Axial Load Test and visual interaction microstructure-palm fibers examined by Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM). The test specimen is done at 28 days, the loads are applied: is loading stress = 1500 kPa, confining stress = 100 kPa, loading frequency 1,5Hz. The results obtained showed reinforcement palm-sugar 0.50% increase resilience modulus degradation of 6,50% and microstructural observations indicate cement hydration bind soil particles cover the surface of palm fibers. The results of the other is the interaction of the fibers improve the strength of soil-cement and pavement a long life.
Optimization of 3 d geometrical soil model for multiple footing resting on sandeSAT Journals
Abstract The study of ultimate bearing capacity (UBC) for a group of two or more footings had been made by investigators for the effect of interference of footings by various means, which is not considered in the conventional theories of bearing capacity. The Finite Element Method (FEM) initiated with 2D/3D modelling is being used for such complex problem. In the present study 3D geometrical soil models were developed and tested with multiple footing on cohesion-less soil using 3D FEM simulation software. This paper highlights optimized 3D geometrical soil model for multiple footing on sand. Artificial Neural Network Model for Compressive Strength of Lateritic BlocksIJAEMSJORNAL
Lateritic soil are locally abundant and relatively cheap to be used for block production. Its use has gone a long way in reducing the cost of block production and construction work in general. In order to optimize the usefulness of lateritic soil, there is need to model the properties of lateritic blocks. Compressive strength is an important property of lateritic block that must be known, but it cannot be guessed easily due to the block mix proportion and processes. Statistical models used in predicting the properties of lateritic blocks operate on restricted range of data. That is, the model cannot predict input data that are outside the range of data used in developing the model. The need for a model that can predict the compressive strength of lateritic blocks for any given mix ratio became necessary. This study developed Artificial Neural Network model for predicting the compressive strength of lateritic blocks. Lateritic blocks were produced with mix ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:12. The blocks were cured for 7, 14 and 28 days. The 28th day experimental results and results obtained from literatures on similar works were used to formulate the model. The test data were a total of 155 samples.The maximum compressive strength predicted by the model was 3.06 N/mm^2 corresponding to a mix ratio of 0.4:1:4 of water-cement ratio, cement and lateritic soil. The model accuracy was tested using Fisher test. The result of the Fisher test computations obtained 1.008 for calculated F and 3.5 for F obtained from the table. Hence the model satisfied the test. The model result also compares favourably with the experimental result.

Fatigue Study of Ijuk-Aren Interaction on Soil Cement Pavement Model for Elas...AM Publications
This study examines the behavior of fatigue interaction-palm fibers in the soil-cement as an elastic foundation pavement. Experimental behavior in sandy-clay type soil stabilized cement, with 6% and the amount of cement mixed-palm fibers as reinforcement to the number of 0% and 0.50% of the dry weight of the soil. Fatigue with repeated load testing using a UTM-5P / 14P and type testing Confined Repeated Strain Axial Load Test and visual interaction microstructure-palm fibers examined by Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM). The test specimen is done at 28 days, the loads are applied: is loading stress = 1500 kPa, confining stress = 100 kPa, loading frequency 1,5Hz. The results obtained showed reinforcement palm-sugar 0.50% increase resilience modulus degradation of 6,50% and microstructural observations indicate cement hydration bind soil particles cover the surface of palm fibers. The results of the other is the interaction of the fibers improve the strength of soil-cement and pavement a long life.

Abstract The study of ultimate bearing capacity (UBC) for a group of two or more footings had been made by investigators for the effect of interference of footings by various means, which is not considered in the conventional theories of bearing capacity. The Finite Element Method (FEM) initiated with 2D/3D modelling is being used for such complex problem. In the present study 3D geometrical soil models were developed and tested with multiple footing on cohesion-less soil using 3D FEM simulation software. This paper highlights optimized 3D geometrical soil model for multiple footing on sand. Modeling Soil Pressure-Sinkage Characteristic as Affected by Sinkage rate usi...J. Agricultural Machinery
Due to the numerous variables that may influence the soil-machine interaction systems, predicting the mechanical response of soil interacting with off-road traction equipment is challenging. In this study, deep neural networks (DNNs) are chosen as a potential solution for explaining the varying soil sinkage rates because of their ability to model complex, multivariate, and dynamic systems. Plate sinkage tests were carried out using a Bevameter in a fixed-type soil bin with a 24 m length, 2 m width, and 1 m depth. Experimental tests were conducted at three sinkage rates for two plate sizes, with a soil water content of 10%. The provided empirical data on the soil pressure-sinkage relationship served as the basis for an algorithm capable of discerning the soil-machine interaction. From the iterative process, it was determined that a DNN, specifically a feed-forward back-propagation DNN with three hidden layers, is the optimal choice. The optimized DNN architecture is structured as 3-8-15-10-1, as determined by the Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm. While the Bekker equation had traditionally been employed as a widely accepted method for predicting soil pressure-sinkage behavior, it typically disregarded the influence of sinkage velocity of the soil. However, the findings revealed the significant impact of sinkage velocity on the parameters governing the soil deformation response. The trained DNN successfully incorporated the sinkage velocity into its structure and provided accurate results with an MSE value of 0.0871.

Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) is used for rapid in-situ strength evaluation of subgrade and other unbound pavement layers. In
the present studies, an attempt has been made to identify the strength and thickness of different pavement layers of newly constructed
low volume roads in the State of Karnataka, India using dynamic cone penetration studies and was compared with actual
measurements at the site. The evaluation of pavement test stretches was made for a period of two years, and changes in penetration
resistance of different pavement layers were measured. A Software was used to analyze the DCP data and to correlate with field
observation. The results have favoured the possibility of using dynamic cone penetrometer as a quality control and pavement
monitoring tool for low volume roads, eliminating the need for a Benkelman beam or a falling weight deflectometer.

The ability to extract information about world and present it in way that our visual perception can comprehend is ultimate goal of imaging science in remote sensing .Hyperspectral imaging system is most powerful tool in the field of remote sensing also called as imaging spectroscopy, It is new technique used by researcher to detect terrestrial, vegetation and mineral. This paper reports analysis of hyperspectral images. Firstly the hyperspectral image analyzed by using supervised classification of Amravati region from Maharashtra province of India. The report reveals spectral analysis of Amravati region. We acquired satellite imagery to perform the classification using maximum like hood classifier. Analysis is performing in ERDAS to determine the spectral reflectance against the no of band. The analytical outcome of paper is representing the soil, water, vegetation index of the region.
The most interesting aim of the study is to assess and compare the dependability of
using the multiple linear regressions (MLR) model and the artificial neural networks
(ANN) model to predict the concrete compressive strength using metakaolin (MK) and
silica fume (SF) admixtures materials. A proposed prediction model of artificial neural
network (ANN) for concrete compressive strength. That proposed model is trained,
validated and tested using the available test data of 132 concretes with various mixture
proportions that were collected from different technical literature. Next the prediction
of concrete compressive strength is conducted on those models. The collected data
organized in a form of eight input variables (parameters) which includes concrete
specimen age, water, fine aggregate, metakaolin, cement, coarse aggregate, silica
fume, and superplasticizer. Relating to these input parameters in the ANN model, the
concrete compressive strength containing MK and SF, are predicted. The results from
the training, validation, and testing stages from making use of the ANN model showed
that neural networks (NN) have strong potential use for the prediction of concrete
compressive strength that contain materials such as MK and SF. The correlation
coefficient for the ANN model in the training, validation, and test stages that achieved
are equal to 0.99661, 0.99093, and 0.98577, respectively. Whereas the correlation
coefficient for the the MLR model was 0.794. The results suggest that the prediction
using ANN model is more accurate than when using the MLR model
Soil Characterization and Classification: A Hybrid Approach of Computer Visio...IJECEIAES
This paper presents soil characterization and classification using computer vision & sensor network approach. Gravity Analog Soil Moisture Sensor with arduino-uno and image processing is considered for classification and characterization of soils. For the data sets, Amhara regions and Addis Ababa city of Ethiopia are considered for this study. In this research paper the total of 6 group of soil and each having 90 images are used. That is, form these 540 images were captured. Once the dataset is collected, pre-processing and noise filtering steps are performed to achieve the goal of the study through MATLAB, 2013. Classification and characterization is performed through BPNN (Back-propagation neural network), the neural network consists of 7 inputs feature vectors and 6 neurons in its output layer to classify soils. 89.7% accuracy is achieved when back-propagation neural network (BPNN) is used.

MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS AND WHITE LATER THICKNESS IN WIRE-...IAEME Publication
White layer thickness (WLT) formed and surface roughness in wire electric discharge turning (WEDT) of tungsten carbide composite has been made to model through response surface methodology (RSM). A Taguchi’s standard Design of experiments involving five input variables with three levels has been employed to establish a mathematical model between input parameters and responses. Percentage of cobalt content, spindle speed, Pulse on-time, wire feed and pulse off-time were changed during the experimental tests based on the Taguchi’s orthogonal array L27 (3^13). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the mathematical models obtained can adequately describe performance within the parameters of the factors considered. There was a good agreement between the experimental and predicted values in this study.

The study explores the reasons for a transgender to become entrepreneurs. In this study transgender entrepreneur was taken as independent variable and reasons to become as dependent variable. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire containing a five point Likert Scale. The study examined the data of 30 transgender entrepreneurs in Salem Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State, India. Simple Random sampling technique was used. Garrett Ranking Technique (Percentile Position, Mean Scores) was used as the analysis for the present study to identify the top 13 stimulus factors for establishment of trans entrepreneurial venture. Economic advancement of a nation is governed upon the upshot of a resolute entrepreneurial doings. The conception of entrepreneurship has stretched and materialized to the socially deflated uncharted sections of transgender community. Presently transgenders have smashed their stereotypes and are making recent headlines of achievements in various fields of our Indian society. The trans-community is gradually being observed in a new light and has been trying to achieve prospective growth in entrepreneurship. The findings of the research revealed that the optimistic changes are taking place to change affirmative societal outlook of the transgender for entrepreneurial ventureship. It also laid emphasis on other transgenders to renovate their traditional living. The researcher suggest the Phonepe application should focus on implementing the application should be user friendly interface and Gpay on motivating the users to feel the importance of request for money and modes of payments in the application.
VOICE BASED ATM FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED USING ARDUINOIAEME Publication
The prototype of a voice-based ATM for visually impaired using Arduino is to help people who are blind. This uses RFID cards which contain users fingerprint encrypted on it and interacts with the users through voice commands. ATM operates when sensor detects the presence of one person in the cabin. After scanning the RFID card, it will ask to select the mode like –normal or blind. User can select the respective mode through voice input, if blind mode is selected the balance check or cash withdraw can be done through voice input. Normal mode procedure is same as the existing ATM.

The growing complexity of the business world requires a great deal of self-confidence, integrity, communication, conflict and diversity management to keep the global enterprise within the paths of productivity and sustainability. Using the exploratory research design and 255 participants the result of this original study indicates strong positive correlation between emotional intelligence and effective human resource management. The paper offers suggestions on further studies between emotional intelligence and human capital development and recommends for conflict management as an integral part of effective human resource management.

The main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of aspects of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the Health Care Organization at Thanjavur. Organizational Culture and PMS play a crucial role in present-day organizations in achieving their objectives. PMS needs employees’ cooperation to achieve its intended objectives. Employees' cooperation depends upon the organization’s culture. The present study uses exploratory research to examine the relationship between the Organization's culture and the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System. The study uses a Structured Questionnaire to collect the primary data. For this study, Thirty-six non-clinical employees were selected from twelve randomly selected Health Care organizations at Thanjavur. Thirty-two fully completed questionnaires were received.

The goal of this study was to see how talent management affected employee retention in the selected IT organizations in Chennai. The fundamental issue was the difficulty to attract, hire, and retain talented personnel who perform well and the gap between supply and demand of talent acquisition and retaining them within the firms. The study's main goals were to determine the impact of talent management on employee retention in IT companies in Chennai, investigate talent management strategies that IT companies could use to improve talent acquisition, performance management, career planning and formulate retention strategies that the IT firms could use. The respondents were given a structured close-ended questionnaire with the 5 Point Likert Scale as part of the study's quantitative research design. The target population consisted of 289 IT professionals. The questionnaires were distributed and collected by the researcher directly. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to collect and analyse the questionnaire responses. Hypotheses that were formulated for the various areas of the study were tested using a variety of statistical tests. The key findings of the study suggested that talent management had an impact on employee retention. The studies also found that there is a clear link between the implementation of talent management and retention measures. Management should provide enough training and development for employees, clarify job responsibilities, provide adequate remuneration packages, and recognise employees for exceptional performance.

It is costly to replace unskilled employees with IT professionals possessing technical skills and competencies that aid in interconnecting the business processes. By associating Emotional Intelligence (EI) along with Talent Management (TM) in the IT industry, the rise in attrition rate was analyzed in this study. Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A simple random sampling methodology was employed to congregate data as of the respondents. Generating the hypothesis along with testing is eventuated. The effect of EI and TM along with regression analysis between TM and EI was analyzed. The outcomes indicated that employee and Organizational Performance (OP) were elevated by effective EI along with TM.

NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF MECHANICAL AND TRIBOLOGICAL RELATION OF NYLON/BaSO4 POL...IAEME Publication
An experiment conducted in this study found that BaSO4 changed Nylon 6's mechanical properties. By changing the weight ratios, BaSO4 was used to make Nylon 6. This Researcher looked into how hard Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites are and how well they wear. Experiments were done based on Taguchi design L9. Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites can be tested for their hardness number using a Rockwell hardness testing apparatus. On Nylon/BaSO4, the wear behavior was measured by a wear monitor, pinon-disc friction by varying reinforcement, sliding speed, and sliding distance, and the microstructure of the crack surfaces was observed by SEM. This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate

Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

Hence, there is need to understand status of frugal approach application in manufacturing industries. All manufacturing industries are trying hard and putting continuous efforts for competitive existence. For productivity improvements, manufacturing industries are coming up with different effective and efficient solutions in manufacturing processes and operations. To overcome current challenges, manufacturing industries have started using frugal approach in product design and services. For this study, methodology adopted with both primary and secondary sources of data. For primary source interview and observation technique is used and for secondary source review has done based on available literatures in website, printed magazines, manual etc. An attempt has made for understanding application of frugal approach with the study of manufacturing industry project. Manufacturing industry selected for this project study is Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. This paper will help researcher to find the connections between the two concepts productivity improvement and frugal approach. This paper will help to understand significance of frugal approach for productivity improvement in manufacturing industry. This will also help to understand current scenario of frugal approach in manufacturing industry. In manufacturing industries various process are involved to deliver the final product. In the process of converting input in to output through manufacturing process productivity plays very critical role. Hence this study will help to evolve status of frugal approach in productivity improvement programme. The notion of frugal can be viewed as an approach towards productivity improvement in manufacturing industries.

In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.

zkStudyClub - Reef: Fast Succinct Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Regex ProofsAlex Pruden
This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).

This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.
