2021 ambienti di apprendimento per un modello di scuola blended

  1. PARTECIPAZIONE, MODO DI PORRE I CONTENUTI, SUPPORTO ...
  2. Come promotori dell’integrazione del digitale non possiamo che avere un atteggiamento costruttivo riguardo alla stessa e presupporre - anche se non c’è ad oggi evidenza scientifica certa né dei pro nè dei contro (ammesso che possa mai esserci) - che le tecnologie POSSANO incidere positivamente sulle modalità di partecipazione dello studente, sul nostro modo di trasmettere i contenuti e nel rendere più efficace la partecipazione dei genitori.
  3. L’ipotesi, ottimistica e forse ambiziosa, è non di proporre questo o quello strumento digitale da usare all’occorrenza ma di passare l’idea di un nuovo approccio pedagogico - che definiamo Blended - che informi tutto un sistema di gestione dell’apprendimento
  4. Punto di partenza perciò non possono essere gli strumenti digitali ma anzitutto L’AMBIENTE in cui gli strumenti vanno integrati. Ma ...Cos’è quello che definiamo ambiente e quali sono le variabili su cui operare?
  5. La realtà da cui si parte di solito NON E’ ideale ma partiamo da una analisi, pure semplificata, delle variabili su cui intervenire...
  6. Gli spazi, anzitutto in cui operiamo, la classe, la scuola e le sue ‘affordances’, laboratori, biblioteche, hardware e software, arredamento, organizzazione degli spazi … Il metodo, da ognuno utilizzato, individualmente o in sinergia, ispirato alla propria esperienza o ad uno o più approcci pedagogici e la presenza o meno di una Vision, un ideale pedagogico comune che dia (o non dia coerenza) al tutto
  7. Il primo ambiente in cui operiamo è, ovviamente, quello che potremmo definire Reale

  9. Appena un po’ più nello specifico ...
  10. Il secondo ambiente che nella nostra visione si va integrando all’ambiente Reale è il WEB: con tutte le molteplici opportunità di estensione dello spazio e del tempo scolastico (es. Classi virtuali) , dei tempi ( studio in presenza ma anche in differita o a distanza) e delle modalità di apprendimento e insegnamento offerte dalla rete e dai dispositivi digitali, fissi o mobili, che rendono effettivamente possibile oggi accedere ai contenuti in ogni momento e da qualunque luogo in presenza di una connessione internet
  11. All’ambiente Reale (no internet) può essere integrato l’ambiente VIRTUALE, che a guardar bene si potrebbe scomporre, per le qualità sensibilmente diverse dei due ambienti, in (1) WEB vero e proprio (la rete, gli strumenti free, il cloud), (2) gli ambienti cosiddetti ‘IMMERSIVI’, simulazioni tridimensionali dell’ambiente reale (tipo SecondLife), gli ambienti creabili e fruibili attraverso le applicazioni di Realtà Aumentata e Realtà Virtuale ( che necessitano dell’utilizzo di un ‘visore’ di qualche tipo)
  12. Simulazioni di ambienti reali in cui la fantasia - la fatina vuole darne l’idea - può diversificare gli spazi didatticamente utili virtualmente all’infinito.
  13. Ambienti il cui valore aggiunto in termini di utilizzo didattico è dato dalla possibilità di sperimentare la dimensione della ‘fisicità’ - manipolare, spostare, muoversi, abitare gli ambienti simulati - cosa che il Web in senso stretto non può dare e la classe reale solo ma con evidenti limiti imposti sia spaziali che temporali.
  14. L’ambiente immersivo - tipo i mondi virtuali di sperimentabili sulle piattaforme Second Life e Opensimulator - si abita a tutti gli effetti attraverso il proprio avatar, ampliando a dismisura le potenzialità di interazione sociale e con l’ambiente integrabili nella progettazione didattica.
  15. Riepilogando e andando anche al dunque nel senso di poter anche dare una ipotesi delle fasi di implementazione di quest’ambinete di apprendimento integrato reale-web-immersivo
  16. La prima in senso cronologico e d’importanza, struttura ‘digitale’ da integrare al reale è il LMS: esso ha la funzione di coprire intanto le ‘bare necessities’, le funzionalità di base e cioé: comunicazione e condivisione e (se ne è provvisto poiché non tutti lo sono) le applicazioni di base (tipo Office)
  17. Integriamo il LMS con ciò che il WEB ci offre: dandoci delle priorità e filtrando la mole altrimenti insostenibile di opportunità che ci troviamo a disposizione in funzione di ‘ciò che vogliamo fare’ per migliorare le competenze e abilità oggetto della progettazione.
  18. L’ultimo gradino PUO’, non deve necessariamente, essere l’ambiente immersivo: contraltare del Reale per estendere questo, idealmente, a tutto ciò che nella realtà non si riesce a fare.
  19. COMUNICAZIONE + APPLICAZIONI + CONDIVISIONE sono gli elementi cardine del sistema
  20. La piattaforma educativa che ho scelto di presentare, non per consigliarla ma per suggerirla come termine di paragone per le vostre eventuali esplorazioni e la selezione tra le piattaforme disponibili, è Google Apps, in termini di applicazioni sostanzialmente il Drive e Classroom.
