The right to adequate food is widely recognized in
international law.
Currently 1 out of 7 people go to bed hungry, which is
roughly 1,000,000,000 people! By 2050, the worldâs
population is expected to increase up to 9 billion people.

Which one would you prefer? Spending your money on tasty, luscious, cheap junk food? Or on hospital bills in 10 years when your health is in danger? Research states eating unnatural altered food could greatly impact your health. If we want to solve hunger issues locally and globally, we must first look in, before we gaze out. As the saying goes, donât buy off more than you can chew. With plenty full, we will make make it our mission to make plenty, full.
Vision: Plenty Full aims to promote organic food over conventional fast food and to allow more people to have access to organic-based foods.
Why are we doing this? To provide good quality nutritious food for people in need in impoverished areas locally, nationally, and globally.
The right to adequate food is widely recognized in international law. The most basic provision is found in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR), which stipulates that everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and his family, including food.
By 2050, the worldâs population is expected to increase up to 9 billion people, and 1 out of 7 people go to bed hungry currently â 1,000,000,000 to 9 billion people, and 1 out of 7 people go to bed hungry currently â 1,000,000,000
There is enough food in the world to nourish and sustain our worldâs population, yet many suffer from extreme poverty in major countries around the world.
Requires controlled-environment agriculture technology: light control, humidity, temperature, fertigation...
Benefits include:
Year-round crop production
no agricultural runoff
significantly reduces use of fossil fuels
makes use of abandoned or unused properties
no weather related crop failures
offers the possibility of sustainability for urban centers
11.3% of the worldâs population is hungry. Thatâs roughly 805 million people who go undernourished on a daily basis, consuming less than the recommended 2,100 calories a day.
The world produces enough food to feed all 7 billion people, but those who go hungry either do not have land to grow food or money to purchase it. Fight hunger in your community by collecting food outside a local supermarket.
Poverty is the principal cause of hunger. The causes of poverty include poor people's lack of resources, an extremely unequal income distribution in the world and within specific countries, conflict, and hunger itself.
