Raintree Vacation Club (January 2006 – June 2013)
Serviced club members to confirm club and exchange reservations. Collected annual
maintenance fees from club members. Assisted in servicing club partner Whiski Jack
Resorts. Evaluated customer feedback surveys to troubleshoot client needs and
expectations of the club. In 2010, the position of Temporary Team Lead was obtained to
stand in as support for department supervisors. Within the tenure, also participated as an
on-loan User Acceptance Tester. These important tests are done to ensure usability of all
RCI mainframe systems for employees and client online usage.
