Mill valley kitchen/marin 2011-2014
Worked as a manager and private dining sales for these wonderful
Minneapolis restaurants. Managed the lunch service as well as all
the private dining for both locations. Responsibilities included
accommodating the needs of all the guests, developing menus for
private events, customer service and follow-up. Managing a daily
staff of 20-40. Daily duties of a ever so busy restaurant.

Developed and produced specialty food products. Began at a farmers
market and made my way to all high end grocery stores in the metro
area with “poshtarts”.( a sweet and or savory filled hand held pie)
