As General Manager and Team Coordinator I was responsible for all aspects of the event venue, food, students,

all involved report directly to me and everything else. I have been a volunteer of the event since 2004 and rose to
the title of General Manager in 2012 and assistant AGM in 2011. This is an annual competition in the USA with
competitors from all over the world for Pastry, Cake Decoration, Chocolate, Sugar and it offers 5 days of student
workshops. Event Company closed down event no longer in production.
Henreitta Poodlestones Catering & Craft Service - Los Angeles, Ca. 2005-2009
Supplied movie sets and tv sets with pastries, sandwiches, chocolates, custom cakes, birthday cakes, gluten free
and vegan options, special dietary options for principal crew trailer with head crafty. Clients from Grey’s
Anatomy, Private Practice, Weeds, Hero's, Desperate Housewives, Fame, Ironman and many more. Custom
closing party theme cakes and on set products for filming provided. Lunch boxes for location shoots were
available and delivered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack boxes for all dietary needs on set and for rough
location foods were matched to be fresh the longest for eating. Catered local events for parties, dinners, weddings,
cake production, delivery services for local offices, medical offices, corporate events and private in home and off
site culinary instruction and live demonstrations. Marketing, Sales, Social Media/Network, PR and all food
production, costing.
