› Lane Departure Warning (LDW): The Lane Departure Warning
(LDW) driver assistance system alerts the driver with acoustical or haptic

› Body Control Modules (BCMs) are central elements of vehicle electronics. They combine
several functions in one housing and control practically all the vehicle's electronic basis,
comfort and security functions.
› They make classical standard functions such as actuation of lights and windshield wipers
possible.
› In addition, Body Control Modules are increasingly also integrating further functions like
Passive Start and Entry (PASE) or Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems.
