Hosted UC providers, specializing in the BroadSoft-BroadWorks Platform.
•  Founded in 2010 to provide easy to use training tools for end-users of
Hosted UC services and training solutions for service provider’s sales
teams. B-Lynk is currently working with 40+ service providers globally
and Katie has over 8 years of experience with the BroadSoft-BroadWorks

Networks) Lead customer on-boarding operations (Tier 1 Support,
Provisioning and Project Management) to ensure an exceptional

Operations

•  Prior to joining the company, Pete served as

process, and systems for the direct, indirect, and
wholesale sales channels.
•  Prior to his five years at XO, Pete served in sales,
marketing, and operations management positions
in the IT systems integration space, plus in the
wireline and wireless service provider industries.

Tim Peterson, Director of Channel Development
•  Leads business development efforts in the ANPI Premier Partner
Program.
•  Prior to joining the company, Tim served as Partner Business
Development Manager, at XO Communications where he developed
programs to help Partners recruit new agents, protect Partners’ existing
revenue and grow both new and existing business.
•  Prior to his five years at XO, Tim served in various sales positions on
both the partner and direct side with Paetec, AT&T, SBC as well as a
couple of start-up ventures in the dot com days.

Zena Zuniga, Service Delivery Manager
•  Leads the Service Delivery Coordinator Team
•  Prior to joining the company Zena was Director of Service
Delivery and Service Change for UNSi, where she led a team
of Project Managers who were responsible for
implementation of VoIP services as well as a Customer Care
Team for existing legacy customers. Zena was responsible
for writing process, procedures and service level agreements
for the delivery of Broadband, Wireless Internet and VoIP
services.
•  Prior to her two years at UNSi, Zena has held management
positions throughout her Military and Civilian telecom career
in Service Delivery, Sales, Account Management and
Customer Care.

Todd Sullivan, Service Delivery Manager
•  Leads the Implementation Engineer Team
•  Prior to joining the company, Todd was VoIP Provisioning
Manager at Reallinx where he successfully managed a
team for SIP trunking, PRI hand-offs and hosted service
provisioning for over 7 years.
•  During his role as Provisioning Manager, Todd
implemented numerous processes, developed customer
facing documentation, fielded escalations from the NOC,
conducted sales engineering calls and managed LNP.
•  Over the course of his telecom career, Todd has also
held support roles at numerous ISP's such as The
Planet, Internet America, Verio and Earthlink.
