Ideas Unlimited was established in November 2010 and is registered in Minnesota, USA. We
started by investing in small call center and customer support projects. From the beginning, we
had a long vision and valued hard work, honesty and dedication.

8. Safety and Security
Safety and security of our company’s interest and our client’s information is our number one priority. This
is why we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with both parties. All of our workers go through a
legal process before being placed on a project. Our company is registered in the US and Philippines.
9. No Long Term Contracts
We believe in providing flexible solutions, which are beneficial to both parties. We have a monthly
agreement that all of our clients sign and they can bail out of this agreement whenever they like (there is
small notice period involved depending on the size of the project) without any termination fee.
