When a company thinks about launching a new enterprise-level project, all the current working models forces it to
think linearly: define the infrastructure first, hire a Managing Director second, hire some people to surround him or her
afterwards, and if the market is big enough, at the end the most critical task is to make up a team to carry it out.

When you follow the traditional, linear path, the results may delay quite long, because the creation of the
infrastructure and the development of the business are serialized. The resulting organization does not scale, because it

             Interim means that we work to execute the change, and to be sure that its effects stay in
             the organization (our legate). We are not attached to the hierarchy but to capabilities,
             because we believe that those needed to create are different than those required to
 TM=GR*      mantain.
             Moreover, we believe that deep changes requiere an external view and focused
OPERATION    capabilities, independent of the history but able to understand and learn from it.
             We always work with the internal team to ensure that, after the change, they have all

             INTERDEPENDENCE
             Interdependence means the wisdom that everything we do has an impact on others, as
             well as what others do has on us. So that we all need each other.
             We always work transparently and honestly to be efficient. We only accept a single set
             of goals, and they have to be shared among all the people. If this happens, all the team
             moves in the same direction and all the actions has a meaning.
             Starting from interdepence we reach altruism, meaning that we only do what is
             beneficial for the customer; it's the only way to be beneficial to us. We will never work
             against the interest of our client, even if the client itself asks for it.




             PEOPLE CAPABILITIES
             We believe that the best results are delivered when everybody in the team is using their
             own core capabilities. This is much more productive that working from a standard job
             description. Not only that, the people are more satisfied and selft-motivated. To reach
             this situation, a high level of communication and openness is required.

                                                     Our methodology works in two axes: the business results and the development of the
TM=GR*                                               people and the team that manage that.
                                                     In both axes, there is a phased process. A planning and agreement step is performed
DELIVERY                                             with the customer ahead of any execution phase; so that the execution is faster while
                                                     flexible as required in changing business environments, the results are predictable and

AN EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT TEAM When a company thinks about launching a new enterprise-level project, all the current working models forces it to think linearly: define the infrastructure first, hire a Managing Director second, hire some people to surround him or her afterwards, and if the market is big enough, at the end the most critical task is to make up a team to carry it out.   • 8. INTERIM Interim means that we work to execute the change, and to be sure that its effects stay in the organization (our legate). We are not attached to the hierarchy but to capabilities, because we believe that those needed to create are different than those required to TM=GR* mantain. Moreover, we believe that deep changes requiere an external view and focused OPERATION capabilities, independent of the history but able to understand and learn from it. We always work with the internal team to ensure that, after the change, they have all PRINCIPLES the information, training and capabilities to successfully fulfill their mission.
