AN EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT TEAM



When a company thinks about launching a new enterprise-level project, all the current working models forces it to
think linearly: define the infrastructure first, hire a Managing Director second, hire some people to surround him or her
afterwards, and if the market is big enough, at the end the most critical task is to make up a team to carry it out.

             Interim means that we work to execute the change, and to be sure that its effects stay in
             the organization (our legate). We are not attached to the hierarchy but to capabilities,

             well as what others do has on us. So that we all need each other.
             We always work transparently and honestly to be efficient. We only accept a single set
             of goals, and they have to be shared among all the people. If this happens, all the team
             moves in the same direction and all the actions has a meaning.
             Starting from interdepence we reach altruism, meaning that we only do what is
             beneficial for the customer; it's the only way to be beneficial to us. We will never work
             against the interest of our client, even if the client itself asks for it.




             PEOPLE CAPABILITIES
             We believe that the best results are delivered when everybody in the team is using their
             own core capabilities. This is much more productive that working from a standard job
             description. Not only that, the people are more satisfied and selft-motivated. To reach
             this situation, a high level of communication and openness is required.
