Phase one of a multi-phase business plan was implemented by developing an online retail store and
selling commodity products.

   Used SEO to appear in the top 10 rankings of Google and Yahoo search.
   Built and managed strategic relationships with product suppliers and distributors.
   Created supply chain for sourcing and shipping products.
   Created and maintained website presence.

   Marketed a business plan to potential investors.


Sudz Yer Dudz Coin Laundries | Owner                                                         1993-2003

Sudz Yer Dudz was a turnaround company established to purchase coin laundries and completely
repositioned them in the marketplace. Stores were evaluated based on location, demographics, and
growth potential. After negotiating purchase prices, turnaround plans were created and implemented for
each location. In addition to self-service laundry, new product lines were introduced and marketed with a
focus on customer service and convenience. This business was sold to start Click-N-Fetch.

   Increased sales 230% by over-hauling the look and atmosphere of the store coupled with promotional
    campaigns.
   Increased Net Profit 316% through expense management and top-line growth.
   Hired and developed full-time customer service staff and maintained low turnover rate in a high
    turnover industry.
   Store #1 delivered an annualized rate of return of 34.5% over 10 years.
   Store #2 delivered an annualized rate of return of 46% over 6 years.
