The document discusses Vietnam's efforts to develop a smart grid. It provides an overview of Vietnam's power system and outlines a 3-phase smart grid development roadmap running from 2012-2022. Key barriers to smart grid development include economic challenges and a lack of technological standards. Ongoing projects focus on regulatory frameworks, infrastructure improvements like a new SCADA/EMS system, and pilots of advanced metering and demand response. The Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam leads the country's smart grid development efforts.
This presentation discusses about Electricity Laws and Regulations. It primarily focuses on India, but a reference to other countries is made at few places.

In this paper, we identify the current state and prospects of smart grids in Morocco. We begin by describing the current state of the Moroccan network, then we study the obstacles to the development of smart grids in Morocco and internationally. We conclude with recommendations and solutions to remove some barriers to the deployment of intelligent electrical networks in Morocco.
Adverse effects of fossil fuel burning and internal combustion engine vehicles have alarmed nations worldwide. Governments are taking steps to promote the use of Electric Vehicles due to less carbon emissions and to pacify the environmental issues. The added load of Electric Vehicles poses a threat to the existing grid which leads to instability of the grid. The problem of demand supply mismatching can be solved by integrating the renewable energy sources with Electric vehicle charging station resulting in bi-directional flow of power. Vehicle to Grid technology helps the utility with active and reactive power support by feeding power from battery pack to grid and vice versa. Vehicle to Grid describes a system in which electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid, fuel cells electric vehicles are connected to the power grid to provide high power, spinning reserves, regulation services etc. The perspective of this study is to evolve a smart charging schedule based on the load on grid, time of use of the EV and other factors in order to minimize cost of charging for electric utilities and EVs as well as promote profits to EV owners.

The major challenge in Indian power sector is operating upgrading of the transmission & distribution lines with efficient meteringApplication of smart grid devices for consistently condition monitoring of overhead lines &substation can decides the action of maintenance required and thus condition-based maintenance (CBM) technique can be implemented. To meet ever increase in demand, reduction of value of losses, utilization of huge renewable energy and absence of automation in power Transmission & Distribution, there is need of Preventive Maintenance (PM) & logy(RCM).
The financial growth of India also depends on availability of electricity. Indian power sector having characteristics as shortage of generation and high T & D losses up to 30% of total electricity generation with some parts of states of country up to 40%. When losses due to theft are added in the total then average losses increases up to 30%. The economical loss reaches at 1.5% of the national GDP which is increasing. To maintain stability of power system up gradation is essential. Transmission system is operated & regulated as per the Regulations & standards given by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), Central Electricity Authority (CEA), State Electricity Regulatory Commissions (SERC). At present Maintenance technology is one of the topics of R & D for various countries.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

2. Overview of Vietnam’s Smart Grid (2)
• Accessment on existing situation:
o The grid in general is not modern, not synchronization, low
automation level.
o Information and Communication Infrastructure is not complete
(SCADA/EMS is work now, but some substation lack of Remote
Terminal Unit, tele-reading meter install with unstable data
link…)
o Lack of infrastructure and legal framework to implement smart
grid applications for end-user (i.e.: incentives for customer who
participated in the demand-side response program...)
o Lack of technical standards for applications (i.e: smart
distribution grid structure, ICT, integration of RE t distribution
grid…)
o Electricity tariff is not fully reflected the cost; lack of
investment…
