For 10 years I am doing what I enjoy the most: - programmed production code in a number of different technologies - made a contribution to OpenSource - lead over a dozen of projects in various roles - sold at least 10 solid software development projects - coached agile for projects as big as 60+ developers - help to grow engineering team from 30 to over 100+ people I am passionate about blockchain, working with people, high-quality code, self-organising teams and building products.
