    Develop and implement work order value-stream process, resulting in just-in-time delivery with
     significant labor and cost avoidance.
    Migrate legacy managed customer base to wholesale on-line query/storefront
    Manage creation, development and implementation of proprietary electronic work ticket
     application to include project details, inventory, scheduling, quality control, billing, marketing,
     analysis, and reporting.
    Mentor personnel to develop clear understanding of internal business requirements and
     procedures
    Streamline process flow with daily reporting and scheduling for sold projects, in lieu of procuring
     workflow software, resulting in significant cost avoidance
    Direct and coordinate operations of sales and marketing, estimating and outside purchasing
    Interview all organizational levels to determine consistency and accuracy, implement best
     practice write-up solutions
