1. Classification of Work per FBC Existing 2010,
Chapter 6 is Alterations - Level 2
2. Classification was determined as per FBC Existing 2010, Chapter 4, Section 403.
3. Scope of Work is the Renovation of an Existing Condominium Unit. The
existing kitchen sink, washer/dryer and dishwasher have been removed
and will be replaced with new. Existing tile flooring has been
removed and will be replaced with new flooring. AFM Anti-Fracture
Membrane will be installed throught out. The existing plumbing fixtures
will be replaced with a new as required.
4. All existing structural walls to remain.
5. Design complies with all room dimensions and fixture spacing requirements set forth per FBC
