This Talk
 Agricultural Innovation will be a key issue to combat hunger and poverty
in the world in the next years,
 Access to information is one of the key issues for Agricultural
Innovation.
 Information on fundamental research, applied research, technologies
and good practices is growing exponentially.
 The traditional channels to access this information have become
insufficient to guarantee access.
 Multilinguality has become a bigger issue as ever before.

 A linked open data infrastructure between plurilingual resources is
necessary.
 A key element of such an infrastructure are linked multilingual
vocabularies.
 The EC FP 7 granted project agINFRA is working to make such
vocabularies globally available and to provide tools for creating a linked
open data environment.
