 How get the job? Preplaned or by
chance?
He wanted to join government job so he gave the
competitive exams. He cleared the exam of the
railways and get the job in Indian railways.
He gave many exams and get job in railway so we
can say that it was luck or by chance but he is
satisfy with the job. He accepted the job and
contribute lot for the railway.
 Experience: 29 years
 Vision of work: To became more helpful
to the passengers who
are travelling in Indian
Railway.
Qualities: self confidence
positive attitude
Kindliness
Anxiety for learning
 How to take challenges:
Form his point of view challenges are
the best to learn something different and make your
skill sharper. So he thinks that challenges are the good
opportunity to show their skiil.
 Job satisfaction:
External satisfaction and internal
satisfaction. He is satisfied with his job that he can
contribute for the common man of the country.
Experience with juniors:
If any new employ join the job then he
describe whole work. For some period he help him in
the work by giving the guidance about the work not by
doing work own. Then also not proper progress is done
by him then he tell him to went for a training. He never
treat new employ as a boss or a senior like giving orrder.
He believes in team work he always says that “ sO no sa4 sO
no ivkas”. He will learnt new technology from the juniors.
 Experience with seniors/authorities:
Some times happens that
seniors/authority think than they are always right so In
some condition he will agreed with them but some time
he try to convince them by giving example or
demonstrate the situation.
Contribution:
He contribute 29 years of his career for the
Indian railway. He done his work in duty time and if
other employ is not there he will take charge of his and
do as he can. As a station superintendent the work is not
easy that we think but any smallest mistake can put
others life in danger. So he gives his best for the human
society.
