According to me, To become a successful employee you

We guide them and give proper instructions that, if you want to
reach all position to work hard.

authorities are not supporting according to your expectation,
How do you make them convince?
Sir:
I will wait for right time there on someday they believe mw work
and really appericate me and my work.

My short term vision is clear GPSC of Asst. Prof. in production
branch and long term vision is at one time I will definitely reach
1.5 lacks/month salary in proffessor job.
