 Contributors have a wider view of their work and
thus take pride in doing their work well.
 The contributor’s focus is on achieving the larger
goals of the team, rather than focusing only on
his/her own personal success.
Experience
Abhishek Shah has experience of 5 years in the
field of civil engineering. His thought says that
experience is the best tool for success and very
hard working man.
Experience has taught us a lot.
After becoming a Civil Engineer, he would like to
take any job a challenge.
Qualities of successful
person
According to him , the best qualities of success
full employer are honest , self confidence
faithfulness, hard work and having a vision
To be successful, one requires qualities such as
honesty, patience, passion and hard work.
Successful people take the time to outline what
they want, and creat a strategy to help with that
vision
Opportunities or hurdle
During my career , he have taken all problem or
challenges as opportunities , he think that from
challenges a present learn more think and mould
him self.
He has failed every now and then but he consider
his failures as his Engineer.
The life is full of challenges. The challenges are
the master keys of unlocking the success.
Behavior with juniors and seniors
He behavior in both , because if any person is
given a reward ,he will do his job with more
enthusiastic . He can be for it and for opportunity,
he can know more details through it. Because of it
he can learn it…….
He can convince his seniors or authorities with
honest and moral work.
He can make them convince by turning
challenges into success.
Suggestion
First, he never become angry on them , he try to
know their conditions of working. after knowing it ,
I may convince to them for their work’s
importance.
“the nothing like anything, youth is everything for
nation.”
Job satisfaction
He doesn’t believe in opportunities as his work is
his purpose vision.
First, he do not irritate for it , he try and try for it .
One day , them have to notice for work.
Engineer always make a good society through
students . They teach the lessons of good morals ,
honesty , faithfulness , self confidence.
Advice for the future

For my engineerer students , my advice is that
you have chosen a bright career . You have a
long way for if you don't deviate from your light
path.
You serve your motherland as you are engineers,
don’t take wrong way for your future be honest

Conclusion
As no one is a perfect contributor but for me he is
a contributor.
But I think he always try to become perfect
contributor.
