This document presents a research study on the impact of organizational culture on employee performance at Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. The objectives are to study the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The methodology includes a survey of 100 employees using a structured questionnaire. Key findings indicate that employees feel communication and decision-making are good, resources and autonomy are adequate, teamwork is encouraged, and compensation and career growth opportunities are satisfactory. Overall, employees are satisfied with the work culture.
