The Mongolian US Government Alumni Association (MUSGAA) is a network of over 700 Mongolian alumni who participated in US government exchange programs. It aims to connect alumni, share opportunities and experiences, and promote US programs. MUSGAA members organize networking events, help Mongolian youth learn about US study opportunities, and participate in community projects like building houses, teaching English to disabled people, and supporting disadvantaged children. The association hopes to expand its network to the business community and increase social responsibility efforts.

MUSGAA together with 3-time Grammy Award winning band Ozomatli are celebrating diversity
with Mongolian children with disabilities and living with parents with disabilities.
The Alumni Association fundraised over $11,000 both in monetary and in-kind donations

Ariuntsatsral, Fulbright Alumni, is volunteer cardiologist for the Children’s Heart Project,
life saving project for children with congenital heart defect.
More than 300 Mongolian children had surgery through this project.
