value others’ customs and culture.
2. For all teachers to recognise and to have skills to be able to
identify different cultures ,learning styles and students

experience and understanding of the world we live in.

1. The school will practice inclusive teaching and recognize the
value of different student backgrounds in creating a positive
multicultural environment.
2. The school will further promote inclusiveness by not
discriminating students or staff by social class, gender,
religion, linguistic background and nationality during selection
processes (enrolment for students, employment for staff).
3. Cultural awareness and competence is promoted through
school programs and activities that showcase other cultures
and celebrations.

monitoring the continued compliance to the policy by the
school.
15. Conclusion
In my opinion regarding of multicultural education that the
policy of multicultural plays a significant role in different
society ,therefore, multicultural must be applied and designed to
make major changes in education of the students. Although, I
think that teacher must know how incorporate all aspects of
multicultural education for successful teaching ,and also they
know how to teach to students in divers ways.
In addition, I strongly believe that teachers must have the skills
to be able to identify different cultures ,learning styles and
students background in classroom
