of Classroom
 Call Each Students with their Initial Names
 Don’t make them Force to respect you
 Remember Respect should be earn not to
take forcefully.
 Keep Same Behavior with all Students keep
secularism.
 Don’t make unfair in marks and teaching aids.
 Remember all Students are Same.
 Behave with kindness & Mercy with all
 Its Exam of Teacher that how they Handle
that Situation.
 Don’t get angry at that time.
 Explain them with mercy that they should
not repeat that mistake.
 Remember this is situation where you can
earn great respect or lose your dignity.
 Appreciate every student for their
Achievements (it does not matter Small or
Big).
 Motivate them when they fail to achieve
their Goals.
 Play an Important role in their life to make
them Successful.
 Behave like a friend & keep them
Motivating in all situation.
 Remember all fingers are not same.
 Identify Qualities of student and treat them in
that way
 Everyone has a different qualities guide them
to achieve success in that field
 Example :-
1.Some are good in Sports
2.Some are Good in Studies
 Keep your Sound level sufficient that last
benchers should hear clearly.
 Communicate efficiently that students
should not get Bored
 Explain in simply and easy languages that
they should understand & remember for
lifetime.
 Don’t make them to Sleep in Lecture
 Every Student make different types of
Mistakes.
 Identify individuals mistakes and clarify their
doubts & mistakes.
 Be Sure that all doubts should be clear of all
individual students.
 Use different methods for teaching
 Use PPT, Pictures, Slideshow i.e. Students
can understood easily.
 Make teaching process so easy that they
should remain it for life long.
 In Every Lecture revised important point of
that topic at least 3 times.
 Make them to note down all important points.
 Pay more attention on that points and be sure
that every student understood that topic
 Keep Questioning & Answer session at the
end of Each Topic.
 Make this session interesting that every
student participate in it.
 This is best way to revise whole topic
easily.
 To teach difficult topic use real life
examples.
 Use proper examples that they should
understand easily.
 Remember students don’t follow advice
they follow your actions.
 Follow this all points yourself first then
advice students to follow this all points.
