This document provides instructions for a Skype lesson for 6th grade students to practice using Skype. It outlines a process where teachers will have 3-4 students join a Skype call sequentially. The students will introduce themselves and then take turns using and responding to common phrases like "Sorry?", "Please wait a moment", and "Please speak more slowly" to get comfortable communicating via Skype. The goal is to prepare students to use Skype for future classes.

●Grade: 6th grader
This is the first time using Skype for most students and this is a practice for them to be able to
use Skype during other classes.
The students will be using phrases that are useful to use during the Skype lesson.
You will going to have 3 to 4 students at the same time.
1. Greeting
First, the student will introduce themselves. “Hello. My name is ~~.”
2. Using phrases
Use one of the 3 useful phrases, and see if the student follows your favor.
3. Greeting
Then, introduce yourself. ”Hello. My name is~~.”
4. Using phrases
The student will use one of the phrases they learned.
5. Answer to the phrases
The student will use one of the phrases they learned, so please do what they ask.
6. Other students
Say “Good bye” to the student and move on to the next student. Repeat from procedure 1.
