A 42 page book which shows how easy it is to feel great every day - and when you thank someone authentically they too will feel great.
Here are some suggestions to get you started:
1. Write it in a letter
- or in an email; on a card; in a text message; the back of
an envelope; or a fortune cookie. Put it in writing, make it
personal, go to the effort.
2. Use your words
- say it face to face and say it from the heart. Also extra points
if you call someone instead of texting and make actual contact
rather than leaving a voicemail.
3. Make a mental note
- at the end of every day, instead of thinking about all you
have to do, count your blessings. Reflect on that which you
have (not lack) in your life and feel good about them.
4. This one’s on me
- pick up the tab for a meal, coffee or parking. Make it a
surprise rather than an expected part of your time together.
5. Gift card
- a little amount towards a store, experience or service of
interest can say a lot.
And there are lot's more easy ways to feel great

In Fantastic, author Alan Austin-Smith attempts to answer the age old question of why some people are consistently more successful than others. Having studied many successful people, Austin-Smith presents the Fantastic Theory, a presentation of the seven characteristics that all fantastic people have. In order to be fantastic, people must stand out above the rest who are merely good enough by adopting the seven characteristics. These characteristics are known as “the other stuff” and are the secret of successful people. Austin-Smith stresses throughout the book that simply reading and learning is not enough; people must take action in order to move in the direction of their dreams. Being good is not enough; to be successful people must strive to be fantastic at what they do.
One of the leadership qualities that is often lacking is Caring. Generally, leaders are so focussed on organizational and personal performances and success that they overlook to care for others. They are also focussed on improving their management and technical skills but their people skills improvement needs are often ignored.
This presentation provides 15 Core Qualities of Caring Leadership that leaders should constantly demonstrate.

This article, while in some ways aimed at those who have recently graduated from college or are about to, takes a look at job satisfaction that anyone exploring the concept for the first time should find useful. Some people are able to live their entire lives whilst being able to tolerate a miserable existence at work. Yet it seems as though more and more people are fed-up with having to live such a duality...rather, they want to feel satisfied and fulfilled with their work.
While it's nice to see the depersonalisation and mechanisation of labor that has occurred over the past 100+ years is being in the real world...where do we draw the lines here? At some point you have to just say "work is work" and march along so you can pay your bills each month, right?
Well...Yes. But much more importantly, no. Regardless of if you're currently unemployed or currently working a job that you hate, at the very least there's a better way of looking at things. And more than likely, there's probably a more satisfying way of doing them.

Job Search Survival Kit -- Motivational Quotes To Keep You Focused When Job S...Anthony Hines
Who Am I….I am a hardworking guy who, like many others, found himself out of work during the economic downturn in 2010. After a long battle of wrong turns, job search strategies that led to no where, and dead end leads, I decided to take a more strategic approach to my job search. Like anything else in life, I needed to treat my search like a full-time job and create a plan that would allow me to stand out above the competition. This came in especially handy as I was in transition again in 2017. Basically, I just used the tips that I have shared with others and was out of work a total of ZERO days. Yes, I got a job offer the day after my last day at my previous job. Let me show you how I did it so you too can have a quicker landing than you would have had without my tips.
Why Am I Sharing What Helped Me…because I quickly realized that to handle an event like that is to focus on what you can control and share the experience to help others. I believe that an experience not shared is a lost opportunity in life, and that smart people learn from their mistakes and smarter people learn from other people’s experiences. Plus, I told myself that once I figured this out I would share it with others so that they too could navigate the world of unemployment. In these chapters, I show you how I did it so that you will have the confidence to make it through the process. I hope that this presentation helps you to get your next great job.

NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
“10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work
1. “10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work:-
Author, Ali Saeed Al-Zahrani, 2016
First, Feed your Soul by praying to Allah “The god”.
Be always on time for each pray. A fact “Praying the
Fajr will absolutely make your whole day shining
with a big smile “.
Second, Your Family is a top priority. It doesn’t
mean don’t take overtime or don’t work hard, but
assign time for them and make sure that you draw the
smile on your father, mother, wife, sister, daughter,
son ...etc. If you are single, start immediately
building a family. Family is an essential need for us
as human. Thinking that the happiness is being single
is totally a delusion & you will figure out that but
very very late.
Third, Feel the Grace of Allah on you. You are
employee, you can eat, sleep, and buy clothes. You
receive a monthly payment with many benefits &
features. Think about how many people wish to be in
your place & I am sure you know a lot.
2. “10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work:-
Author, Ali Saeed Al-Zahrani, 2016
Fourth, It is the “biggest disaster” to feel that if you
are in a better position you will be happier. This
feeling means Allah did not give you any???. Do not
ever look at what other people have. Don’t ever look
at your friend’s position, life, benefit,…etc. Focus
only on your own, be always contentment about what
you have “contentment is an inexhaustible treasure”.
This doesn’t mean that don’t work on yourself to gain
more. But first be contentment & then develop
yourself without looking at others.
Fifth, Do not put a target to develop yourself.
Meaning that do not put in mind I am going to
develop myself to be a manager, a senior or to get an
outstanding appraisal. Putting a target to develop
yourself would limit your development progress. Put
in mind that “I am going to develop myself to
maximize the level of confident at the specialty that I
am involving in”.
3. “10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work:-
Author, Ali Saeed Al-Zahrani, 2016
Sixth, Do not compete your colleagues. Thinking that
“I have to compete my colleagues to win a position”
will absolutely ruin your life especially the ethics. A
human without ethics is not a human at all. You
would do a lot of bad or “unethical” things if you put
in mind the competition with colleagues. You might
lie, say something bad about someone in front of a
manger & you might even attributing thing to
yourself while your friend did that thing???. You
will end up alone without friendship, everybody will
avoid contacting you. You will grow-up envious and
jealous in your personality. You will end up alone
and sad but a manager “congratulation!!!”.
Seventh, Do not sit a lot with people who show
continuouslythe bored about the company or work &
be absolutelysure that they are not following the tips
mentioned in this article. They are not Feeling the
Grace of Allah on them. Try to avoid sitting with
them constantly because people might be influenced
by others. You can sit a little with them to change
their way of thinking & to let them feel the
advantages of the work & the company.
4. “10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work:-
Author, Ali Saeed Al-Zahrani, 2016
Eighth, Do not sit at all with people who says Tittle-
Tattle or rumor about others. Believe me they are
doing a very bad thing. Sitting with them means I am
okay with what they said. Sitting with them would let
you gain that bad habit. You can give them
"individually" advices from time to time but do not
sit with them while doing that act.
Ninth, When your manager assign you a task, lesson
carefully to that request. Do what you think is your
best with that task, make sure to overcome obstacles.
When doors are closed try to look for other ways
“nothingis impossible” & that is a reality. When you
finish the task, present it in a very clear & nice way.
Your manager has a lot of duties and enormous stress
and tension for that reason be helpful for him not an
additive headache. Respect your manager and be
always supportive to him.
5. “10+1+1” Tips will make you absolutely happy at work:-
Author, Ali Saeed Al-Zahrani, 2016
Tenth, If you are a manager, try your best to be
generous ethically & financially with your team. DO
NOT play cost reduction rules with your team. If you
have to do a cost reduction, be honest & do not ever
lie about that. Appreciateyour team, help them when
they need & be with them not against them. Try your
best to rotate the satisfaction when possible. Give a
chance to your team when one made a mistake.
Destroy all barriers between you & your team.
“10+1”, Always think the best of others unless you
“see, hear clearly & some time read” the fact.
“10+2”, Always but in your mind that Appraisal is
not the scale of being excellent or good or even bad.
Appraisal is just written note with additional money.
The real appraisal is what you achieve and add to
your experience. The real wealth is your experience.
